 CyberSmart Families – Subscription Terms (Binding Agreement)
11.1 Access & UsageÂ
The following terms apply specifically to all members who subscribe to the CyberSmart Families service:
By subscribing, you receive access to:
- Monthly digital lessons, family checklists, and conversation guides
- Bonus content such as the Cyber Safety Starter Pack (available to annual subscribers only)
Access is for personal household use only. Sharing account credentials or distributing content is not permitted.
11.2 Pricing & Billing
CyberSmart Families is offered as a digital subscription with both monthly and annual payment options. Pricing may vary from time to time due to promotional offers, discounts, or membership campaigns.

- Monthly Plan:Â Billed every 30 days on a recurring basis until cancelled

Annual Plan: Billed once every 12 months and renews automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal
All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable.
Your selected price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
 11.3 Cancellations & Refunds
All purchases of CyberSmart Families subscriptions are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital access is granted immediately upon payment and that no partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellation.
-Â Monthly Plan: Monthly subscription auto-renews every 30 days indefinitely until cancelled by you. You may cancel at any time via your member dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.
-Â Annual Plan: Annual subscriptions auto-renew each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before renewal.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your renewal date.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund in cases of major service failure.
 11.4 Content Licensing & Restrictions
All CyberSmart Families content is owned by PHISHBYTES PTY LTD. By subscribing, you’re granted a non-transferable licence to access the materials for household educational purposes.
You may not:
- Share login details
- Republish or resell content
- Reproduce any material without written permission

11.5 Limitation of Liability (Subscription)
Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid in the 12 months prior to a claim. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Your statutory rights under Australian law remain unaffected.
11.6 Subscription Agreement
By subscribing and checking the agreement box at checkout, you enter a binding agreement with PHISHBYTES PTY LTD and agree to all terms above.
