Hi, I’m Billy Johns-Teni, founder of CyberSmart Families — and a parent.

With nearly a decade of experience, I’ve helped businesses and organisations defend against impersonation scams, phishing attacks, and digital threats. But despite that background, I often find myself thinking about the near future — when my own young kids are more independent online — and realising just how hard it can be to know what to do, even for someone in the industry.

That’s what pushed me to build this.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel confident in an area that’s often overwhelming. My goal is to take something technical and make it genuinely easy to understand, so every family — regardless of background — can take simple, powerful steps to protect their family online.
